Is $30k too steep?

i’m to fond of the light coloured interior, i’d rather have all black.

I just realized I got kinja’d on the link.
I personally feel that all black darkens the interior too much and it’s kinda played out.
If I ever do get a car with a black interior, I’d want some contrast in there.
Of course, second hand car shopping on a shoe string budget means I might never be able to get a car with everything I want. But one can dream lol

My favorite color combo. But ya I think 30k is on the high end for the miles, unless it is truly immaculate. But he just says he has a book of service records.

I wouldn’t pay more than $25k for a really good example just out of principle.
How much better can a car be to justify a $30k price if most of them in average to goo condition sell for between $15-$20k?
Still can’t believe some people pay way more on BaT.....

Ya bring a trailer pricing is heavily skewed. There was one on detroit craigslist for $7500, it was a total basket case. Check engine lights on, no stereo no service records. But damn tempting at that price.

Very nice - - but diplodicus is right, it’s steep for that mileage. Depending on what’s in that book of service records, I’d say in the $22-25k range maybe - if everything is working correctly.

It’s nice, but it’s too much. That’s EAG money.

I used to love all black interiors. But once I spent some time in a nice light colored interior, I think it was a b5.5 Passat, My whole view changed. The lighter color just makes the car feel bigger, more warm and inviting. Although if I could take my pick I’d take blue, green, or burgundy over black or tan.
